At SupraLinea, we distinguish between statutory warranty rights and paid repair services offered through SupraRepair.
1. Statutory Warranty
Consumers are entitled to statutory warranty rights in accordance with applicable law.
This includes the right to claim repair, replacement or refund in case of defects that were present at the time of delivery.
2. Warranty Coverage
Warranty coverage applies exclusively to defects that were present at the time of delivery.
It does not cover damage caused by:
- crashes or impacts
- improper installation or use
- modifications or technical alterations
- misuse or unlawful operation
- external physical damage
This limitation applies solely to statutory warranty claims and does not affect your right to paid repair services.
3. Repair Services SupraRepair
All types of damage, including crash damage, physical damage or technical failure, can be repaired through our dedicated repair service SupraRepair.

Repair services are available for products from our range and are carried out based on the selected repair option and customer approval of the repair cost.
4. Manufacturer Specific Components
Certain components such as systems from DJI or similar manufacturers may also be subject to manufacturer warranty terms. In such cases, manufacturer policies may apply in addition to or instead of our handling process.
5. Batteries and Electronic Components
Products containing LiPo / Li-Ion batteries must be handled and stored according to safety instructions.
Warranty may not apply in cases of damage caused by improper charging, storage, physical damage or unsafe handling.
