At SupraLinea, we aim to provide high-quality products and fair service. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Right of Withdrawal / Order Cancellation

Consumers within the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.

You must return the goods within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

2. Condition of Returned Goods

Returned goods must be in their original condition unless handling was necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the item.

You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for such inspection.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • visible signs of use
  • scratches, crash damage, or flight marks
  • damaged or missing packaging
  • missing accessories or parts
  • activated, registered, or bound electronic components

3. DJI / Activated Electronic Components

Certain products may contain electronic components such as DJI Air Units or similar systems.

Activation, registration, or account-binding of such components may significantly reduce their resale value and/or remove their “new” condition.

In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund to reflect the loss in value.

4. LiPo / Li-Ion Batteries

Products containing LiPo / Li-Ion batteries must be returned in compliance with applicable transport and safety regulations.

We may refuse returns or reduce refunds for batteries that are:

  • damaged
  • swollen
  • improperly packaged
  • unsafe for transport

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may offer, at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law:

  • replacement
  • repair
  • refund
  • partial refund

6. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period.

Payment provider processing times may vary.

7. Non-Returnable / Partial Refund Situations

We may issue only partial refunds where legally permitted, including for:

  • used products
  • products returned incomplete
  • products damaged by improper use
  • activated electronic components
  • damaged batteries or unsafe returns
