What we do
We are happy to offer you our repair and upgrade service!
No need to replace whole, expensive items that could be repaired at a fraction of the cost. No need to buy a new generation of item if the older one can be upgraded.
Help us reduce waste and costs by repairing instead of replacing. We promise that we will never build devices that cannot be repaired or are very hard to fix on purpose. These selfish practices work and are very profitable, but go against our principles and values as people behind SupraLinea. We take pride in sharing.
Please take note that we only repair items that we have created. This is for efficiency and logistic reasons.
How it works
- Contact us either direclty or via contact form if it is your first time.
- Send us the damaged item. We are happy to provide you with a shipping label / QR code.
- After we receive the item, we will examine it carefully and check every component for its functionality.
- Knowing what broke, we will inform you and create a transparent offer. We do not proceed without your consent.
- We then ask you to pay the amount of the repair contract.
- After receiving your payment and fixing the item, or if you prefer to skip the repair, we will swiftly send it back to you.
What it costs
The exact price can only be known after we have examined the product and know what exactly is broken.
In order to be as transparent as possible, we decided to ask for a fixed and rather low price for the examination. However we ask you to pay the shipping costs. If you decide for our repair service we may send it back to you free of charge, depending on the value.
In future we plan to offer a complete and interactive pricing display on here, where you can select different components and see what it would costs you if these parts were to be replaced. This can help you get an estimate of the costs if you already have a suspicion about what is damaged.
Generally we charge the component price plus a time value for each defect component. This is because some components are more difficult to replace than others and can require for example soldering.

How long we take
While this is depeding on many factors we usually take between 1-3 business days from the moment we receive the item.
In case we are overloaded or are short on replacement components, we will inform you before you start the process with an estimate of how long it could take.
Initiate Repair
At the moment we prefer to use a direct contact approach for SupraRepair. This allows for a more personal service; for example if you wish to add specific wishes or inquiries to the repair or upgrade of the item.
We will treat each request individually and do our best to make you smile at a fair price.
